- Mooreton dock repairs needed for next summer – new cables, metal repair, new tires. ND G&F will reimburse for repairs.
- Boy Scout in need of a project idea for their Eagle Scout project.
- Dick Bell passed away. Funeral is on November 24 in Wyndmere. He was a long-term club member. Greg B. will submit for the Tewaukon Tree.

Public Relations
- Please use the new canopy, table cloth and sail flag at all club events and those events we go to.

Smoker
- Thank you to everyone who helped before, during and after!
- Thank you to the committee for all their hard work!
- Very good turnout and had good profits this year.
- Planning on increasing ticket numbers on walking raffles next year to make sure we can cover more people.
- Thinking about having a 2nd gun registration person help out.
- Consideration to move to the 4th weekend next year – October 24 (unanimously approved) Will check with Park & Rec for availability.
