- South side dock is not getting used; should we consider relocating the dock? Open to location ideas – Kelly to talk with City Engineer to see if there are any options for us in getting area around the dock maintained

- Dock measured for floats – west dock may need to be moved to better level the dock – Rich and Greg G to review placement

- Dick Bell Catfish Derby (Justin Kratz) – TBD for 2022. 16 participated in 2021 event. Would there be any interest in partnering with other clubs along Red River and extending tournament participation? RRASC will need a new chairperson going forward – BIG THANK YOU to Justin for chairing the tourney for many years!!
- Family Fishing Nights (Cindie Van Tassel) – cancelled for 2021 due to no volunteers
- Brunk’s Carp & Sucker Derby (Greg Gerou, Wayne Beyer) – August 4, 2021 @ Kidder Rec – volunteers needed

- We have been quoted $25 per plaque so far; looking at a couple other options as well
